Yale Day of Service

YWAA has participated in the past and plans to continue participating in the Annual Day of Service coordinated by Yale University. On that day, Yale alumni around the world participate in providing concrete services to their respective communities. Here in Westchester, for example, in 2009, we helped clean up the neighborhood surrounding the Elm Street Neighborhood Center of Westhab in Yonkers, N.Y.

Another Day of Service is scheduled for May 14, 2011. The site and task for YWAA’s effort will be selected soon. YWAA will post it when it is available.
